Concerned about baby's heart

Let me start by saying that I'm 14 weeks, and my baby's heart rate has been anywhere from 140s to 160s.

I had an ultrasound yesterday during my genetic testing app, and the Dr was concerned for two reasons.

1. He said the baby's heart looked to be shifted a little in the chest wall... Like it isn't in the exact right place.

2. He said one of the sides of the baby's heart looks to be a bit smaller than the other side.

Has anyone else ever experience these results from an ultrasound at approx 14 weeks? What was the outcome?
