Leep procedure and getting pregnant.

Hello all! I am on my 3rd cycle of fermara and trigger shot with timmed intercourse. I had a leep procedure 3 years ago ad have been ttc ever since I was in the clear after surgery. Now that we have started with the re and haven't gotten pregnant on starting to think that it has something to do with the surgery on my cevix. Yes I know it's only the 3rd cycle and I should be hopeful but it's hard! Has anyone else had any trouble after the procedure?
