Trying again.
Okay, so I miscarried back in early December. My obgyn told me that while I still could get pregnant, not to try until about April. I currently switch my vitamins. I have the gummy prenatals and ItWorks Vital Pack. I track my bbt and I try my best to stay as calm as possible. I recently graduated college (this week actually) and I'm thinking stress won't be as heavy on me since I won't have to worry about that.
Anything else that I can do to start helping my body be ready?
