Advice needed please!!!

I suffer from irregular periods and i Took 2 opks that were either positive or pretty damn close too Wednesday morning and afternoon, haven't had AF since February 4th and it ended the 7th or 8th, forgot to write down when it ended. But, anyways haven't had a period but, did the AI Wednesday and now just in our TWW. But, question is how possible is it that we succeeded?? Like what do ya'll think the chance is that the fertilization actually worked or whatever. Lol been hoping, praying and wishing with fingers crossed all day that everything worked!! Even though I haven't had a period since last month.... please let me know what you honestly think??? Thank you!♡ Also send any baby dust, thoughts, prayers and good luck our way!!
