Help! Is this egg white CM?!!

CM?!!" /> I've have PCOS and I have been using ovulation sticks daily for 14 days now, all day no. But the last 2-3 days my left ovary is crampy and today and somewhat yesterday I get this for CM. Am I ovulating???

The opk finally said yes today, but my dr called and told me yesterday that they didn't see a mature follicle on my ultrasound on the 22nd... So I'm confused...
