Period after missed miscarriage

Been waiting almost 6 weeks for my period to return after a D&C for a missed miscarriage around 10 weeks - I know the timeline varies from person to person on when it will return - but is there anything you can do to help bring on your period ?  Just want to feel normal again and the waiting game is terrible.
