Best snacks for weight loss?
I need some yummy snack ideas because I'm always on the go, 5am-8pm daily. This has led me to become dependent on fast food! So I'm looking for healthy on the go snacks (besides fruits & veggie sticks). Preferably a little variety if anyone has ideas please share! Or if it is fruits and veggies, options to change them up cuz I always get burnt out fast.
