Just curious

I had unprotected sex on the 6th of March and the following week I threw up once but this week I have been nauseous, threw up a couple of times, horrible back cramps, stomach is queasy and bubble hurts at a minimum, my breast have been very painful, tightness in my chest and armpit area . I been feeling like I'm getting a ear infection I would get a ringing sound in my ear. But AF is suppose to come next week Tues. or Weds. and I never got any early PMS symptoms like this ever. So idk what to do help ?
