Sciatic Pain ????

Question

Are any other mommies having pain in their upper butt area (almost where your back and butt meet) that radiates down the back of your leg? It feels like baby is on my nerve and I've had it on both sides but it's so painful to the point where I can barely walk . Does anyone have any recommendations on relieving this pain ?

I have it! And I don't know what to do to make it better 😭 I've thought of visiting a Chiropractor but to be honest I've never been to one and I don't know anybody that has so I have no clue if it's good or not... 😕 
Wish I could help you but I don't know what to do, hopefully some of the other mommys can help us.

I went to the chiro for the same problem and it really helped. I recommended to go to one to adjust your spine. 👍🏼 you are gonna feel so much better!

I'm a server & I get it so bad if I work long shifts. I think it could be just my shoes though because I'm only 20 weeks & haven't gained any weight yet. Time will tell. I like the tennis ball tip. I've heard great things about that! I'll have to try that after work one of these times. The pain is literally so unbearable. I can't even walk on my right leg when it happens. 😩

I have the Pain sometimes I just relax till it pass or take a warm bath

I had that pain up until my third trimester and it went away now its just everything else that is painful!! Lol

I've had it since I was 6 weeks pregnant I swear lol but going to a chiropractor can help, hot baths, heating pads and ice pass mix, and my favorite is getting a tennis ball and putting it right in the lower back and lay on top of it and just roll around on it. It helps ALOTTTTT. 30 weeks now so it's hard to do it but it'll save your life.

I had it with my first and as crazy as it sounds walking slot makes it better
