Can you get ewcm and not ovulate?

Hi ladies just been recently diagnosed with pcos and been trying 8 months I know I don't ovulate some months and recently had a large cyst that burst my question is this month I am getting ewcm and stretchy which I have never had before does this mean I'm finally ovulating this month or can you still get this and not ovulate I'm worried my tubes are blocked or have been from the large cyst, my last bloods showed I didn't ovulate but I'm waiting till the end of the month to test for this month.
