How can I get over this?

Question

Lost my baby yesterday. Was bleeding heavily with tissue then during lunch I felt to gushes of blood went to the bathroom and in tact was a sac with my baby in it I was 7weeks three days. He had little arms and legs and a cute little head and eyes. My baby is in heaven now but I just don't now what to think. 😢

So sorry for your loss. Just miscarried yesterday as well. I was supposed to be 10 weeks but Friday after mild cramping and spotting u/s showed no heartbeat and that baby had probably stopped growing a week or two ago. Although I am devestated and very sad I am at least relived its mostly over with and seeing my baby come out of me did give me a little closure. Stay strong.

I'm so sorry for your losses Amanda and Rachel. We lost our baby at 7w6d after seeing the heartbeat. I don't know why this had to happen to us:-( I'm still grieving
