Worried and scared

So yesterday night I started with some back cramping pain on my lower left back side. I didn't think anything of it until this morning when I felt it still and it's a little stronger. I'm 21 wks and never had this with my other 2...I'm scared its preterm labor but not sure and my doctor doesn't work weekends so I don't know if I should go to the emergency room..any thoughts
