Naturally or epidural?

Epidural for me 100% but it's a personal decsion.

I've done both. I'm not sure what I'll choose this time. It just depends how it goes and how well I can tolerate the pain. I'm in no way going to suffer to win some invisible award for going natural.

I say go in with the intention of doing it as naturally as possible but being open to an epidural.

You can also ask for a lower dose for your epidural too so it just takes the edge off but doesn't completely take away the pain. That's what I had with my first.

Maybe decide not decide? That's what I did. Especially since it was my first child and I didn't know what to expect.

I went through my entire pregnancy knowing I was going to have my baby with no epidural. After  7 hours of hard and fast labor I couldn't take it anymore. I got to the hospital and was already 9 cm but still demanded the epidural even though they said it may not work. I was so tired and weak I don't think I would have had the strength to push without the epidural. I'm so glad I changed my mind.

When I had my first son I knew I was probably going to get an epidural and I did get one and it was the best thing I could have done for myself and my child.  I was able to relax and it pushed my labor along faster.  It is a personal decision

My plan is to go in pushing for natural, if I get to the point where I really can't take it anymore I'll get an epidural, but only after other pain relief methods.

Natural all the way I wana feel my baby come into the world this is my forth n I'd personally never have an epidural or c section only if needed I'd have one jus put off by the recovery process.
