Shoulder pain

I'm having really bad shoulder pain. I get it on and off during the day and it's driving me insane. I'm 7 weeks today and I'm just worried because when I googled "shoulder pain early pregnancy" a bunch if pages about ecotopic pregnancy showed up. I haven't had any severe cramping or any bleeding. The articles also said it's the tip of the shoulder that hurts, my pain is closer to my neck. I have back problems anyway so I'm hoping it just has something to do with that or just muscle pain from sitting too long. Both of my jobs require me to sit for a very long time so that could have something to do with it.
