Feel like there is something more I can be doing

I'm on AF day 4, so my fertile period isn't for at least a week. Other than relaxation techniques and positive visualization, I don't know of anything else I can do to help out chances of conceiving enough. I wish there were foods I could eat or teas I could drink that would make me feel like I was actively improving our chances. Anyone else feel like this at the start of a new cycle?
