37 weeks and in pain! Help!

Hey ladies in 37 weeks and today I've started having intense pelvic pain when I'm walking around. I've been trying to walk to help me dilate but today it's so intense I have to stop what I'm doing usually making me lean over and sit down no matter where I'm at. Sometimes my stomach gets hard like a BH. Baby is moving like crazy which is normal. Is this him dropping or early labor pains or something else
