Offended By His Premature Ejaculation?

I'm so frustrated. Sex between my bf and I really really sucks. I've given it lots and lots of time, trying to see if it can change/improve, but it really hasn't. He doesn't get a full erection, doesn't take time to get me wet. He likes to just stick it in, dry, and he always always comes early. I really don't know what to do. I'm even offended. 😔 Is this a bad reason to break up? I really don't think it can't change.

P.S. 
I've told him I need foreplay. And he'll do it then, but then a couple days later goes back to no foreplay. I haven't talked to him about how he comes early all the time. I don't want to hurt his feelings, idk how to talk to him and not hurt him.

If your talking to him & he isn't trying to take the time to satisfy you knowing he slacking I would leave, Because for one he's being selfish getting his self off & forgetting about ur needs. Staying will only lead to you cheating.

I agree with many of the comments here. But as a devils advocate. 
If a man (like myself) came on here and said "I am so unsatisfied, she always gets of early, never pleases me and does not try to get me hard". 
I think a lot of you would slate a man for over emphasising sex in a relationship. 
However i do believe it is important and you need to push the matter more untill you are more than certain you have done all you could to help.

Honestly, dry sex isn't pleasurable for men OR women, so his refusal to engage in foreplay consistently makes no sense. Bad sex makes it really hard to maintain a relationship, especially when you've repeatedly told your partner what you need for it to be good. Life is too short for bad sex, in my opinion.

Dry?? Ouch! That's F'd up and he's using you. That's a ton of friction so maybe that's the only way he thinks he can get off if he's got a problem, but he needs to seek help not use you as a sex toy
