It's an old wives tale. It doesn't always work for everyone and there's no science to back it up, BUT it's fun and won't hurt things either way.

Diaper and food stock so far. I think we are doing well! 😂 I couldn't be more proud of ourselves. Proud to say baby has all he needs and more with no help and both of us being 18. I feel like people silently doubt young parents.
