Hey guys! I got my nose pierced like a month ago. It was completely fine when I got it pierced. It didn't swell that bad at all, it wasn't really red, didn't hurt. Well I forgot to clean it one night and woke up the next morning with a little bump. Now there is a whitish bump to the side of it. It hurts everytime I clean my piericing. The white bump hurts too when I press on it with my q tip. I was wondering if it is infected or what is going on. I clean it 2 a day once in the morning with antibacterial soap and once at night with sea salt water, I also do the sea salt compress and diluted tea tree oil I switch them out every night. My bump still won't go away, am I doing anything wrong, this there anything else that will help?
