HELP!!!

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend today. I have an irregular period and was supposed to start two days ago. I'm not worried about it being late because it was already late before we had sex. I could start my period any time I'm just wanting to know what my risk of becoming pregnant is? I'm kind of worried about it. He did not ejaculate in me.
