Help with weight

Ok so I am 220 5'3. I don't not feel comfortable with my body I need to lose some weight. But I have thyroid problems and a disability with my feet so I can't run or walk to much and I have pcos and its all really hard to lose weight when pcos is weight gain and my thyroid its sooo hard to lose weight or I lose it and it comes back twice as much any help ? Of some stuff to do

You could also just count calories/ macros.There is this app called 'my fitness pal' it tracks calories(protein,fat and carbs) you need to loose weight.I was 210 and now 150 from just tracking :)

Your best bet is to do a high carb low fat vegan diet. Or a raw till four where you eat unlimited raw fruit or veggies till four and then eat a cooked meal after four. Also don't eat unless you are hungry and eat till you are full not till it's all gone. It will take some time but you will lose weight. Don't give up or give in. If you really want to lose weight you will have to really want it. Also you can do some yoga for daily exercise. Look up freeleethebananagirl on YouTube or highcarbhannah on YouTube. I weighted 168 before I turned vegan and now weigh 116 I'm 5'4. Just don't give up girl
