Warning TMI 🙁 So me and my 6 month old son have bad diarrhea but without vomiting... Could this be a stomach virus still? I've gotten the stomach virus three times that I can remember but every time I made a bowl movement it was only water and this time it's not really watery. I have stomach pain as well. It's currently 3 am and I just changed my sons diaper and he had diareah and now I can't sleep because my stomach keeps hurting 😞. Anyone know what this is?
