Dog acting weird

Has anyone else noticed their dog acting strangly protective, more loving, cuddling upto them alot more and even smelling you after ovulation? My little guy acted this way in January which made me wonder what was wrong with him, he started following me everywhere, sleeping up close, on my pillow and tummy, sniffing me etc and although a pregnancy test was negative at the time he still persisted over the week. I took another test around 5 days after the BFN and got a BFP. It seems he knew in very early stage. We miscarried and have been TTC and as of yesterday little linkin (dog) is once again smelling me, sleeping up close, laying on my private parts and even barking angrily at other pets and family members when they get close of cuddle me... its only 6 DPO. Do you think he's giving me another sign?
