Stitches and bleeding? Not tmi.

Did you know when your stitches dissolved? I had a third degree tear and, while it doesn't burn anymore while peeing, i kind of feel like...a tightening (for lack of a better word)... sensation. Tomorrow I'll be 2 weeks postpartum. If you could tell when your stitches healed, how long did it take? And how long did you bleed after birth? Some days it'll be just brown blood and on others it'll still be red and fill a pad.
