OPK timing

I tested on saturday around 4pm and had a negative. I tested yesterday at 1am (I couldnt test before since I ran out of test sticks) and got a positive. I tested again this morning at 7am and 8am and both were negative. Im confused since the ones I bought are supposed to show 2 days of high fertility. Does this mean Im done with ovulating? :(
