It's normal. It happened when you drink ice cold drink. I am Chinese so all natural herbal and traditional way of taking care of body my family seem to master, make sure to drink warm drink when you on your period, not only does it not clot your flow but also pushed out all the grunt it need too. Also warm food or drink during period help with not having to bloat, and tummy pain.
