Patience...??

I don't have patience, I get angry very fast.. & I try so hard to not be this way but I can't stop... I try to trust but it's hard, I always feel like I'm being played & I've been through a lot so I am the way I am... I push people away, I barely have people wanting to be bothered with me... & it's because of how I am, but I'm use to people walking away or doing something to leave I get them gone before they can decide it for themselves... What's my issue?????
