Eating habits

Okay so before i got pregnant i was eating healthy and not so much junk food and i was eating less but before i started that i was 209 lbs and eating somewhat unhealthy so thats when i decided to exercise and eat healthy so in just one month i lost 13 lbs and then got pregnant amd know im eating non stop fruits , sweets and kinda junk food my only worries is that i might be having them eating alot habits back after i give birth im trying to lose weight after baby is born but im scared i might go back to attacking food like i used too rn i weight 212 at 26 weeks i still have lots to go and i just want to gain the 30 lbs that ur suppose to gain in a pregnancy ugh i feel so depressed sad low self esteem i know my bf loves me how i am but i just hate being fat i just wanna go to how i used to weight before i got pregnant with my first which was 160 lbs !!! In my fam there is alot if big people on my dads side and they have diabetes bloid pressure and etc hopefully i get to reach my goal but ugh its so depressing 😔😔 sorry about the long post but does anyone feel the same way or is it just me ???
