TMI wet undies

So I've noticed sometimes my undies are wet, idk if i piddled a little without realizing or if i just sweat excessively down there but its enough for me to notice when i pull up my drawers. I am pretty sure its not discharge as I don't usually see anything but wetness and it doesn't really have much of a smell-just like sweaty vag.. Anyone else have this problem and/or know what it is?
