Swollen help

 I'm on my fourth child I put on 15 pounds at 23 weeks  I am so swollen my face looks so big in my eyes feel like they're swollen shut due to morning sickness I have to take Zofran and I can never use the bathroom I don't want to complain I love my baby I would not take it back for the world would someone please tell me how to get rid of all this water retention on my ankles and my face
