Known donor

So my partner and I have decided to use her brother as our donor. We just asked him and he agreed. But some part of me feels like he answered to quickly and he will change his mind. We want to start ttc in 3 months but now I don't know where to start. I was wondering what others did/used when ttc at home with a known donor. Anything helps. :)
