How to read an ultrasound?

I've been a little disappointed with my ultrasound picture only in the fact that, I can't tell where the head or the bum is! I know it's silly but can anyone color or show me how to read my pictures? I was 7+1 weeks but measured 6+5. Thank you for helping (:

I don't think it's even possible to accurately tell from the ultrasound so early. The baby is only like 1cm big. Mine looks the same, i measured 6w 6d too. 12 weeks you'll be able to tell

At that stage they don't really have a head or bum yet lol. I don't think they look anything like human until around 12 weeks.

This is my ultrasound from 6w (baby measured 6+3). OB said she couldn't tell which end was which, it was just too early.
