When do we allow our children to grow up into young teenagers/adults
What age would you allow your child to start shaving/plucking eyebrows? Ive got a 11year old girl who is due to go to year 7 september coming, she has asked to shave her legs and pluck her eyebrows. Opinions please. Thanks.
