Still no period after Skyla iud removal. Help!

It has been a full month since I got my iud removed and I still haven't gotten a period, Is this normal? My obgyn said I'd bleed right after removal but I did t I spotted for 3-4 days but nothing since and I don't know if I should get back to the doctor and have a check up or not. Help please
