How do you calculate "dpo"?
I've read that implantation occurs between 6-12 days post ovulation (dpo). I got my ovulation test positive on the 18th, but I know that means my LH surged and I would likely ovulate the next day. So when you calculate dpo, do you do it from the day you got the ovulation test positive of from the following day?
