My weight loss journey and goal setting 😣❤️💪🏾
From the age of 15 I noticed I started to gain weight because of my unhealthy lifestyle, I never played a sport or ate clean. I didn't know anything about weight loss or weight gain at that age actually 😓 but what I did know is that my sizes were going up. In one year I went up 2-3 sizes, I was beginning to become very unhappy. At 16 I told myself I will join a sport and start living an active lifestyle, but I noticed a few months in that this wasn't helping, I noticed that my weight didn't budge from 80kgs. I become very stressed because I didn't know what to do, my family or friends didn't know much about health so I didn't have the support I needed. So I told my self I will set a goal. I took motivation pictures from the Internet just say to myself 'this is where I want see myself in the future'. I began strict diets and morning and evening exercises every day as well as weekend sport commitments 💪🏾.
In 1 year these are my results, I now weigh 60 kgs ! Don't give up girls, just tell yourself that you can do it ! Where do you want to see yourself? , and stick to those diets ! ❤️❤️ goodluck 💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏽
