I think my mom gave away our announcement

My twin sister and I are both pregnant! We're literally a week apart and it's pretty exciting. We've told our immediate family but waiting to tell the extended for my sons birthday party next weekend. My sister and mom were over yesterday and she asked her if she's told and she smiled. My feelings are kinda hurt, for super silly reasons, but still hurt. Do I still do the announcement I've been planning or just casually say it?
