Water water water!!!

I'm sooo tired of hearing "Just drink more water"! I'm sick of hearing it! I drink water until the point I feel as though I'm going to puke then it's STILL not enough! Having irregular contractions? Drink more water! Heart rate of 130 beats per minute? Drink more water! Blood pressure of 100/50? Drink more water!

I understand sometimes I DO need more water like for the swelling, but my doctor tells me to "Drink more water" no matter what is wrong! I'm so so so sick of hearing "Drink more water"!
