Bottomless pit....solutions?

Ok I am 21 weeks and I'm am a bottomless pit...I can't seem to get full! Some one please tell me they have a solution to this?

I drink meal shakes like a Glucerna or ensure. They help keep me feeling full when I don't need the calories from an entire meal.
