4 weeks and thigh pain??

I'm only 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and just found out a few days ago. This morning, I've noticed a strange intermittent pain in my left upper thigh. It's not super intense, but definitely doesn't feel good, and comes and goes. I'm a little concerned bc I've never had a pain like this before and never heard of anything like this as a pregnancy symptom. Anyone have any ideas?? My first prenatal appointment isn't for another 3.5 weeks.
