Can a relationship work with no sexual chemistry?

Okay so my boyfriend and I have been together for a about a year now. We live together and everything is awesome except our sex life! There's no chemistry or passion.  For the first few months of our relationship our sexual chemistry was crazy! I don't know what happened! I used to be a very sexual person. Is it me? I want to love sex again and want it more! I still love him and love being with him but I don't know if our relationship can work with no sexual chemistry! Is there anything I can do to fix it?
