Not sure what this was?? Rape? Assault? Help!
When I was in 3rd grade I was friends with this guy who was a bit older than me (grade 5 maybe) anyway I went over to his house one day and we were playing games in his basement and he looked at me and asked if I wanted to play house
Being a little kid who played that all the time I agreed. He told me he was the husband and I was the wife and we had to get married.
So he lead me into this room in the back of his basement that was just a cold cellar and said that in order for us to be married we had to kiss. So he began to kiss me on the mouth. I remember trying to move my head away but he kept forcing my mouth open. Then he said in order for our marriage to be final we had to have a baby.
Next thing I knew he was touching me over my pants and he stuck my hand down his pants and made me feel him. Then he pulled down his pants and my pants and put himself inside me. I remember being just like a deer in headlights. Completely shocked about what was going on. I remember pushing him off me (after what felt like a while) and running upstairs to find his mom. I told her I wasn't feeling well and that I wanted to go home.
I'm just not sure if this would be considered rape because we were both kids or if this is normal behaviour for kids.
I'm not having any flashbacks or anything it's just something that's been on my mind or resurfaced if you will.
