5 weeks 5 days Pregnant

I had my first ultrasound today. The baby is on the right side of the circle. I thought I was atleast 7 weeks, because with my son I didn't get a positive tell 6 weeks and I found out with this one at 4 weeks. I also didn't get first ultrasound tell 10 weeks with first baby. Did anyone else just see a little dot at 5 weeks 5 days/6 weeks? The heartbeat was 125. What gender did you have with the heart being 125? I know it's not always accurate, just curious. Any one else due 11/18? Thanks ladies! :)
