Sleeping position..?

Question

So I remember with my DD (back in 2010/11) there was somthing about sleeping positions when pregnant. I can remeber the not to sleep on back after half way point of 20 weeks but im sure they was a side that's best to sleep on as well.

Could anyone please remind me of these sleeping guidelines in regards to position.

Sleep however makes you feel the best. If sleeping on your back was seriously dangerous they would have things that we used to prevent us from doing so lol. I always wake up in the morning on my back, I'm 31 weeks. My hips are too sore to lay on my side and trying to get comfy without pressure on my hips is almost impossible

Like others have said, sleeping on your left side is best. It improves circulation and keeps your weight from pressing down on your liver. After your 5th month, you shouldn't be sleeping on your tummy or back because it slows your blood flow. That is obviously not good for you or your baby. 
You're going to roll around when you sleep, and the doc told me that was fine because you need as much sleep as you can get. But you should also be trying to prop yourself with pillows to help with comfortableness.

Left side is best, right side is fine, do not lay completely flat after 20 weeks BC the weight of your uterus can press on the vena cava, slowing circulation to you and the baby.

I sleep on both sides on half my tummy. Also on my back till I couldn't breath anymore about 26 weeks is when the back stopped working. Also slept on my tummy till my bump got too big.  I have had trouble sleeping the whole time I have been pregnant so what ever way can help me sleep . I'm 36 weeks and my baby is well positioned and healthy . I say do what feels right to you. Your baby will tell you weather or not if it comfy

Well my baby is on the right side and any time I try sleeping on that side I'm uncomfortable so I have to sleep on my left or back but it was something bout the left side is good for blood and oxygen flow

What I've read is that they want you to sleep on your left side being as the sleeping on your right side can slow or prevent oxygen flow to the baby. Not sure if there have been any studies on this topic or not.
