WTF?!? Anyone heard of this before?

So I went to my OB today thinking that I have kidney stones or a kidney infection in my right kidney because I am having the worst pain of my life. He sends me for a kidney ultrasound, during which the pain was so bad that I was sobbing hysterically, my body began to shake uncomfortably, and I started to throw up. Come to find out My little man is so low and so far to thw right that he has blocked off my uriter and I have fluid backed up into my kidney. I have never heard of such a thing but let me tell you it hurts more than labor!!! Anyone heard of it happening before?
