BBT Chart Help

Strange chart this month.  According to Glow I ovulated on 10/29, although I believe it really was 10/31.  I had +digital OPKs on 10/28 and 10/29 and heavy EWCM and my cervix was high and open.  All signs pointed to ovulation. Weird thing is my temp hasn't gone up yet.  I am very consistent and take it at the same time each morning before getting out of bed. Any thoughts?  Wondering if we should BD today just in case?
