This Is Going To Sound Weird . . .

So I'm 7-1 and was wondering and it may sound weird but can you feel your uterus growing in early stages of pregnancy. I have these small cramps that come and go, maybe come every other day. Nothing consistent. It's a blessing to say I haven't seen any blood or dark discharge. I just want to know why I cramp. I'm sure it's nothing bad and I should ask my OB/GYN, but I was wondering if anyone knew.
