Plan B Period???

So March 11 i took planB pill btw I doubt that I really needed it. today I started something like a period but the bleeding is very light and there's no cramps unlike my normal period. I'm getting a little worry that it could be implantion bleeding. The blood it bright red. If this is my period it's like a week early. Have anyone had  similar experiences with plan b????
