Ovulation confusion????

Question

Ok right so I'm a little confused. Do you ovulate on the day your temp drops or the day it rises? My temp dropped right down yesterday and began rising today. Yesterday and the day before I had CM. today I got peak smiley. So from all this did I ovulate yesterday or is it today?

You need at least 3 days of high temps after the drop, to confirm that you ovulated. Just keep BDing! (:

Ok so even though mines gone up a little from yesterday I still have O'd until its gone right up?

Your temp will rise the day after you ovulate.  Usually by .50 degrees. I believe. It's a pretty clear difference.

​For me my temps are 97.5 while on period. Week of ovulation I'm between 96.70 -97.30. After I ovulate I stay above 98.0 until 1-2 days before my next period.
