Miscarriage

I just had a miscarriage on St. Patrick's Day and I was seven weeks along. This was my first pregnancy and we got pregnant the first month we started trying. We want to try again as soon as possible, when I get off of pelvic rest. Has anyone else tried as soon as the were off pelvic rest (about two weeks) Also, I am terrified of having another miscarriage or not being able to get pregnant again. Has anyone else felt this way?
